Duties & Responsibilities:
• Delivering a high level of customer service and professional interaction and tasks closure.
• Providing first level software support to an environment involving MS Windows Server, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite and Server products.
• Troubleshooting servers, PCs, laptops and various testing equipment in hardware and software development environments
• Has extensive knowledge and provides diagnosis and break/fix repairs for any types of MFDs
• Possesses basic installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers systems, and phone issues.
• Possesses Helpdesk experience
• Utilising, prioritising, escalating, assisting, documenting and completing support incidents via the IT Service Management System.
• Configuring new desktop and laptop systems, refresh existing systems, and migrate user profiles.
• Configuring and support mobile devices to sync email with corporate Exchange server
• Communicating and collaborating effectively with the IT Manager and other team members throughout the resolution of IT issues.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks involving IT & Telecoms
• Available to work critical cases as needed on a 24×7 basis or through an on-call model. Including weekend coverage as needed.
• Possesses a fundamental understanding of IT and Cybersecurity practices
• Documenting and tracing failures, report findings to lead and/or engineering teams.
• Uses problem solving logic to minimize failures and down-time and to provide innovative solutions
• Experience in printer network connectivity/ configuration.
• Must be able to correlate printer errors and symptoms to a replacement part.
• MS and Cisco Network certification preferred.
• Pcs, Laptops and printers troubleshooting
