HEAD OF HR
Key scope of work
- Create and lead the development of organizational culture and staff engagement
- Support the executive team in transmitting to the employees the company core values according to organizational objectives and best practices within the local company and the group’s local perspective
- Manage and lead the staff development and performance process
- Partners with the executive team to finalize the talent acquisition and retention strategies in relation to current and future talent needs and planning.
- Talent acquisition, management, retention and engagement
- Manages the provision of effective and professional human resources services
Tasks include but are not limited to - Recruiting, hiring, offer evaluation and negotiations, contracts
- Policies and procedures
- Payroll, timesheets
- Oversee and manage Compensation and benefits. People’s welfare
- Performance evaluation
- Onboarding process
- HR budgeting and cost control
- Visa management and logistics requirements in liaison with logistics department
- Training programs
- Employees insurances
Key responsibilities related to projects - In relation with the Project Team/projects Director – Evaluate project needs, supporting in project mobilization.
- Support in projects HR and people management, coordinate the Hr coordinator on each project, evaluation and offer compliance, oversee fee based on project needs and market
- Oversee people logistics needs, including visas, for projects in relation with Logistics manager,
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in HR management position
Degree in human resources management o related field
GCC experience
Saudi National
Arabic speaking, English full working proficiency
