Job description:

1- Book Keeping of AP invoices for proper accounting and Payments

2- Online Banking Payments to Suppliers & SADAD Government Payments

3- Book Keeping of AR invoices complied with Tax Authority E-invoice rules ( Arabic is a must )

4- Maintain for Cash management and Bank Reconciliation

5- Book Keeping of Fixed Assets related to each project

6- Monthly reporting of AP aging & AR aging

7- Monthly Booking of Intercompany invoices ( Receivable & Payable )

8- Monthly reporting of VAT return

9- Maintain booking of GL accruals , Amortization

10- Manage the issuing of Purchase orders

Nationality = Saudi’s

Language = Good command on English (Speaking and Written)

Experience =4-6 years
