Qualification Requirements

The resources should have the following experience, capabilities and qualifications to perform the required service:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

2- 6-8 years of relevant experience in IT release automation and administration within a banking organization.

3- Very good knowledge of banking IT systems and applications .Very good knowledge of the banking operations and requirements.

4- Knowledge and understanding of Problem Reporting and Change Request methodology and process .Knowledge of configuration management process. Very good knowledge of banking IT systems/applications, banking operations and requirements.

5- Significance Experience in developing and applying disaster recovery and contingency plans.

6- Very good knowledge of the programming languages and operating systems used by the Bank, e.g. UNIX, MS Windows, SQL, java, .net, Visual Basic, etc.

7- Must have hands on administration experience with the Automic Release Automation tool.

8- Must have a comfortable working knowledge of writing and maintaining forms, custom workflows and backend scripts. Able to install vendor modules, patches, upgrades as well as troubleshoot (and possible resolve) system errors.

9- Knowledge of the other Release Automation products. Hands on experience with the following tools/skill sets (DBMSes such as TOAD, DB Visualizer, Oracle DB Technology, Hummingbird, exceed or Putty, command line navigation/shell scripting)
Detailed Description of Services

The selected resources will be required to:

1- To handle the entire release process, delivering all the benefits of a completely automated solution.

2- To manage the integration process between Automic Solution and all other bank’s systems, tools and application.

3- Handles and administers the Bank’s Automic Release Automation System, controlling that all CRs for onboarded applications are correctly implemented and tracked in a timely manner.

4- Maintains the ‘Information’ front-end and associated database, prepares operational and management reports providing the requested information regarding the characteristics and components of the changes implemented
