Qualifications:
• Safety license.
• Saudi National.
Responsibility:
• Establishment of general records.
• Quickly identify and fix the problems affecting the protection and safety in a manner consistent with its importance.
• Take all precautions to reduce human error in accidents as much as possible and provide a means of detecting these errors and correct them
• Monitor and measure the quantities necessary to verify compliance with the requirements of these regulations and the provision of equipment necessary to do so.
• Raise the safety assessment reports to the licensee and to the competent authority on a regular basis.
• Inform the licenses and the competent authority of any violations of the rules and regulations of protection and safety and to maintain a close relationship and continuing channels of communication with both the licensee and the competent authority.
