المهارات المطلوبة:

3 .اللباقة وحسن المظهر.

4 .إعداد التقارير.

5 .مهارة حل المشكلات

المهام:

1 )تجهيز واستلام الحقائب التدريبية.

2 )استقبال المدرب والمتدربين بالفندق .

3 )تسجيل عملية الحضور للمتدربين.

4 )تجهيز القاعة التدريبية من صوتيات وضيافة .

5 )توزيع الحقائب على المتدربين.

6 )مساعدة وتلبية احتياجات المدرب والمتدربين.

7) البحث عن الفنادق والتنسيق معها بالحجوزات والتنظيمات

8 )الإشراف على الدورات عن بعد.

الراتب: بين 4000-4500ريال
