Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure of our organization. You will work closely with other IT departments, such as Network and Operations, Security, and Applications, to ensure that the infrastructure solutions are consistent and aligned with the overall IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan, design, and implement infrastructure solutions that meet the business requirements and ensure high availability, security, and performance of the IT systems.
•Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
•Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements, overseeing performance, and addressing any issues or concerns.
•Ensure the security of the IT systems by implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and technologies that protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
•Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring professional development opportunities are available.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure supports the overall business strategy and objectives.
•Manage the IT infrastructure budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
•Develop and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
•Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT infrastructure space and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
•Identify areas for improvement in the IT infrastructure and develop and implement plans to enhance the infrastructure’s performance, reliability, and security.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
•Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals.
•Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud-based infrastructure and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•Experience with network protocols and security.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Vendor Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
•azure active directory certification.

Responsible for managing our IT network and operations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and maintenance, as well as experience managing a team of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN concentrators.
•Configure and troubleshoot network equipment from Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, and other vendors to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather network requirements and design scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs.
•Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control lists.
•Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues proactively to minimize downtime and optimize network performance.
•Conduct regular network assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
•Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to network and infrastructure technologies.
•Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and manage support escalations.
•Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration details, and standard operating procedures.
•Assist in capacity planning and recommend enhancements to improve network performance and scalability.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network administrators/engineers.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network and Infrastructure Engineer, with a strong focus on Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
•Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Aruba networking solutions (ArubaOS, ClearPass, AirWave), Fortinet firewalls (FortiOS, FortiGate), Cisco routers/switches (IOS, Nexus), and Microsoft Azure networking components (Virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute).
•Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, OSPF, BGP, WLAN, and QoS.
•Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including network segmentation, access control, and threat mitigation.
•Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
•Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts and experience with Microsoft Azure networking services.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Professional certifications such as Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desired.

•Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
•Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
•Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
•Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user manuals.
•Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
•Conduct user training sessions on IT systems as needed.
•Identify areas for improvement in IT support processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in IT technical support.
•Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
•Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
•Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Microsoft/CISCO Certification is preferable.
