1. Electrical engineering BSc.
2. Minimum five years of expertise
3. Knowledge of agile, spiral, and waterfall approaches
4. Extensive knowledge of the planning, execution, closure, and control phases of a project.
5. Industry experience is required
6. Be able to oversee many mall projects concurrently

Duties:

1. Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
2. Preparing a detailed plans and work schedule for the project as well as plans
3. Supervising the work of all affiliated departments to ensure accuracy of implementation, whether in planning processes or supervision and follow-up processes over the project implementation stages.
4. Coordination and follow-up with all relevant parties in the project
5. Follow up on work, budget, schedule, plans and staff performance and report regularly on project status
6. To ensure project delivery according to plan
7. Making retrofitting meetings and actions
