Administrative Assistant – Iqama and Visas (Saudi) in Riyadh
Basic Function:
Responsible for coordinating all Government Relation (Jawazath & Labor office) for HO & All Project.
Responsibilities:
1. New Iqama, Iqama Renewal & Issuance online & request for payment to Finance.
2. Passport update online
3. Change Position/Iqama online.
4. Sponsorship Transfer Process.
5. Corrections of names process fill up and submit to Passport/Labor office.
6. Information Transfer (old passport to new passport).
7. Issue Final Exit or Exit-Re-Entry Visa.
8. Lost Iqama Re-Printing Card payment request to finance & Prepare Istemara by manually & Submit to jawazath.
9. Cancellation/extension of Exit-Re-Entry and Visit Visa
10. Renewal & New Iqama issuance, Distribution to the Different Project of SATCO.
11. Renewal and issuance of work permit
12. Report to absconded employee information online
13. Issue new work permit or renew work permits.
14. Update oracle system after Iqama or Passport renewal.
15. Iqama renewal alert / printout from Oracle system.1.
16. Maintaining new employees ID Number.
Requirements:
– Must be Saudi.
– Diploma/ Bachelor degree.
– Minimum 2 years of experience.
– Fluent in English
– Experience in government websites.
