Job Requirement :
- Overseeing the design of operational risk framework/strategy
- Develop Operational Risk Policy & Procedures
- Conduct regular op risk workshops
- Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessment RCSA, and identify the Key Risk Indicators KRISt
- Responsible to assess the operational risk by analyzing the operational control mechanisms and their effectiveness.
- Identify areas in the operational processes which open the possibility for fraud cases and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Ensure that policies and procedures related to operational activities are designed in a way that clerical errors could not lead to financial losses.
- Conduct regular internal reviews to assess the effectiveness of control measures in place and continuously improve weak areas.
- Develop and maintain the company’s risk register Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, procedures as well as applicable laws and internal policies and procedures.
- Report identified risk dashboard and provide recommendations related to the risk mitigation if available.
- Provide information and reports for all SAMA and other regulatory body requests Provide operational risk advice to senior and executive management.
- Monitor periodically the company risk appetite Manage the business continuity plan
Skills Qualification: - Bachelor degree in Fianance, Risk Managemant or any related major
- having a profissional Certificate in operational risk or MBA
- 3 to 4 years of experiance in Financial , banking or Insurance Sectors
- Fluent in English
