A fashion tech startup that focuses on bringing the best fashion products and experiences to thobe wearing customers. We work with major manufactures and suppliers as we are building an ecosystem for this traditional-led, underserved market. We have multiple tech products in play (user app/web, outfitter app, admin dashboard), and we’re launching our tailor shop POS next month which is a pillar in our SaaS enabled ecosystem.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to work cross-functionally with our teams and help us in our mission to empower next generations of Saudi fashion entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities:
● Lead logistics operations related to the flow of products to our shop dealing with shipping companies, negotiate rates with them, assess their performance, and manage our products’ supply chain.
● Oversee customer care activities related to product returns, compients and general services improvements.
● Keep a live record of inventory, reduce waste, monitoring consumptions and ensuring availability of all needs from bottom-line proactively.
● Ensure our business is in full compliance with government requirements such as licenses, safety measures, HR legal status, and support as needed.
● Quality assurance through inspection of materials, the working place, and apply improvement practices as needed.
Requirements:
● Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow management
● Solid experience in managing operation and logistic activities.
● Smart negotiator in closing deals with win-win situation (prove record for such
deals)
● Proven experience in managing & maintaining company dashboards.
