Senior Document Controller (Saudi) in Riyadh
Basic Function:
Support preparing bilingual documents related to recruitment, HR activities and handle Document Control support for HO Administration department.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare offer letters and finalize with line manager
- Prepare Demand Letter for local candidates
- Prepare bilingual employment contracts and pertinent support document for Recruitment Manager’s review/approval.
- Prepare addendums, undertaking and memos
- Compile, prepare documents required for job order and accreditation documents for attestation by respective consulates/embassies.
- Provide bilingual documentation support related to HR and Admin functions.
- Maintain Block Visa, verify Injaz System for usage report, authorize visas as per HR Manager instruction and update
- Update HR Database on all activities related to manpower processing, visa etc.
- Verify EBDS, scan, upload in system and file
- Compile and update periodical reports for line managers
- Prepare statistics and reports to recruiting manager with more details report for best decision making.
- Establish a suitable work environment for employees to increase their job productivity.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by superiors.
- Employee Activities:
1-Verification of local hire documents.
2-Termination Notices
3-Warning Letters
- GOSI addition, deletion and amendment follow-up with designated staff
- Qiwa portal maintenance, follow-up and completion as needed by Administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration specializing in HR.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and human resources activities.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a must.
- Computer literate.
- Must be Saudi.
