Minimum of 15 years of experience in health management, with minimum of five years of those years in a senior management position.
Professionally communicate with patients, employees, families, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Advanced financial and analytical skills.
Organizational skills are vital to the job as must be up to date on all operations and personnel matters.
Must delegate when necessary and assemble a high-functioning senior staff to run the facility’s day-to-day functions.
