Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cross-channel (push, email, SMS, and in-app messages) communication strategies with a specific focus on driving acquisition, retention and re-acquisition.
- Planning, managing and delivering CRM strategy, and customer segmentation for CRM and digital channels.
- Identify trends and develop new insights to optimize campaign performance, customer value and retention.
- Build customer segments to support marketing initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor the success of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Understand and monitor all relevant KPI’s and act proactively to improve them.
- manage life-cycle strategy for acquisition, engagement & retention of the food ordering, grocery ordering, and the rider app.
- Provide reporting and analytics in a timely manner using Advanced Excel, and Google data studio.
- journey building across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, sms, newsfeed, web notifications and inapp messages using Braze, advance CRM tool.
- Set up, test and measure multi-channel campaigns across email, in app messages, push notifications, and SMS.
- Suggest creative methods to address customers’ needs.
- Generating performance reports of past and current campaigns.
