HR GENERALIST SPECIALIST.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Follow up on execution and updating of the company policies and standard procedures.
-Coordinate the process of performance management systems & conduct orientation sessions about the performance management cycle procedures, follow up evaluations and enforce feedback.
-Collect & analyze the probation period evaluation feedback in a timely manner to ensure completion of the employment period.
-Collaborate on the design of development actions and approved succession plans and review analyzed conditions of critical positions & assessing employees’ potentiality to improve the professional career development & ensure the availability & readiness of internal backups.
-Develop & control training / learning needs assessment process, Define & propose training plan.
-Manage & ensure implementation of related training processes including: scheduling, internal & external communication & arrangements and review monthly training records to ensure effectiveness training planning,
-Design & administer compensation and benefit plan.
-Handling Employee Relations activities including exit interviews, investigations, analysis reports.
