Telemarketing Assistant (Saudi)
Key Activities Include:
– Answering phones and explaining the company’s products and services.
– Contacting both existing and prospective customers.
– Recording all sales phone calls and sales transactions.
– Maintaining the customer database regularly.
– Making recommendations based on the needs and requirements of customers.
– Conducting each of its functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others’ dispositions.
Skills and Knowledge:
– Excellent verbal communication.
– Fluent in Arabic as well as English (orally and written).
– Computer literate.
Experience:
Prefer prior experience as a caller in marketing, sales, or a related field.
