Responsibilities
• Assisting with the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates
• Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process
• Reporting with candidates/team information updates
• Helping out where necessary during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees, i.e. staying in touch
with them, answering their questions, sending them relevant material
• Organising performance reviews and feedback surveys
• Recommending possible actions to improve existing processes
• Coordinating onboarding sessions
• Write post interview reports and follow up with HOD on next steps
• Keeping track of contract dates and liaising with HOD regarding extensions
• Maintaining a talent database to support fast selection and hire
Qualifications
• Understanding of operational requirements for hiring process
• Understanding and demonstrable experience of a similar role
• Social intelligence skills and approaches
• Detailed oriented
• Knowledge of performance evaluation
• Fluent in Microsoft suite, especially Excel, PPT and Word
• Excellent organisational skills
• Discipline and time management skills
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English
