Responsibility
1- management of Leads in the most organized way
2- manage the department and the sales and operations team
3- manage the customer service team
4- Manage the client communication
5- increase bookings and sales contract
6- coordinate with all stakeholders including banks and ministry
7- lead internal team, set KPIs to the team and manage expectations
8- prepare monthly reports to the ministry and the senior management
Qualifications:
• Arabic speaking
• Good personality
• Active
• Organized
• Good in excel sheets
• Experience with customer service and call center (min 3 years)
• Experience with Saudi citizens
