Job Description:
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Scrutinizing material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• English language speaking and writing.
• Minimum of 1-year Experience.
• Degree Qualified (Engineering).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercially aware.
• Team player.
