•Writing & preparing letters and reports.
•Organizing appointments.
•Arranging meetings and interviews.
•Writing the Minutes of Meetings.
•Follow up the documents with other departments internally and externally.
•Ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Teams, Outlook, Planner and Visio. •Responsible for DMS systems ( Income & outcome letters).
•Work experience between (1-4) years.
