المسمى الوظيفي: Brand manager
الراتب : 10 الف – 20 الف ( يحدد بعد المقابلة)
الوصف الوظيفي :
1. Building the Brand persona
2. Lead on all Product innovations
3. Responsible for creating and executing the Brand marketing calendar in line with company strategy
4. Analyses brand positioning and Consumer insights
5. Shape and communicate our brand vision and mission
6. Measure and report brand performance with plans to either grow our volume/value share or mitigating any volume slow down
7. Monitor market trends and competition intelligence
8. Conducting a regular market visit
9. Ensure that we have the right products on shelf with proper margins (via regular SKU Rationalization)
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with company executives, marketing personnel and public figures
2. Handling the agencies and responsible for creating briefs
3. Complete research into industry trends and public perception
4. Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the client’s brand identity
5. Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies
6. Create designs and layouts for media outlets
7. Write pitches, blog posts and articles
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in food retail or FMCG
Skills:
• Business savvy
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lead a taskforce and keep all stakeholders engaged
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
